"Great place to eat tapas or paella! All tapas we tried were delicious, only the croquetas de jamon were a little strong in flavour. The food and prices are great, but the highlight of the visit definately was the incredibly nice waitress! She was vert forthcoming and helpful and made our visit something to remember :)."

"I stopped by for a quick lunch while rushing to the airport, and the experience was great. The staff were very helpful and fast, which I really appreciated given my tight schedule. The food was excellent, and the outdoor terrace was a nice spot to relax and enjoy some sunshine. The terrace itself was simple but clean, with pleasant music playing at just the right volume. I didn’t get a chance to see the interior of the main building, but overall I was very satisfied with my visit. Highly recommend!"

"El Xulo is the perfect place to enjoy the sun especially sitting out front on the chairs by the façade. The staff are super friendly, and the croquettes are absolutely delicious . It’s located in a lively street with that authentic, cozy Barcelona vibe: full of energy and charm. They were also incredibly helpful and even lent me an adapter for the whole weekend. Amazing service! Definitely a place I’d recommend if you want sunshine, and great atmosphere."

"We dined at a restaurant offering halal options and enjoyed the food overall. The sea bass (€19) was exceptional—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The chicken paella was good, though the seafood version might look more appealing in photos. The staff were accommodating with our dietary restrictions, which we appreciated. However, the service was quite slow, taking over 30 minutes to serve our meal, despite informing the server that we were on a tight schedule due to a cruise. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, one was less attentive, which impacted the experience slightly. It’s a good place to eat with a nice selection of dishes, but the service timing could use improvement, especially for guests in a hurry. If they can address this, it would enhance the overall experience."
